Group Policy Editor

The Local Group Policy Editor is a feature of Windows 10 Professional and allows for configuration of group policy objects. It is important to note that the Group Policy Editor is not included in the Home version of Windows 10, due to the fact they don't support groups in the same way. This includes the ability to determine what is logged on a system. To navigate to the group policy editor, enter “gpedit” or “group policy editor” into the start menu.

Upon launching, the group policy editor will look similar to this. From here, you can toggle certain events to be logged if there are not logged automatically. It is important to note that this app is not available in Windows 10 Home versions and the logs in that are done by default.
